My web glue gun uses the Ad-tech HD 200 which provides 200 watts of heating power.
The original feed mechanism was removed as it is much easier to feed the glue stick by
hand for better control and constant flow.
The copper used was 1/4" and as you can see, no fancy internal routing for me.
